These cold rolled steel buildings and canopies meet full building regulations, but have the flexibility to be surface mounted to elevate the necessity for expensive civil ground works. Foundation pads, ring beams or slabs can be installed depending on the intended use and existing substrate suitability of the intended use.
Cladding options are from single skin, 40mm, 60mm, 80mm, 100mm or 120mm composite panels.
The lead times are 3 to 4 weeks from order, with turnaround times quicker than that of a traditional hot rolled steel buildings.
The buildings are available for purchase with 25 years warranty on the frame and cladding or for rental on a long or short term basis. We also offer the facility of a 5 year lease rental with an option to buy at the end of the period.
